    Trainer. Sufferfest. The Wretched (35 - 290). Extra Shot: The Long Scream 1st time (30 - 288). 2nd time: stopped @12 due to leg muscles seizing. Rode it out to 2 hrs total.

      It came out a couple weeks ago. I TT it, so only surge on the attacks, but it's been nice. They did a good job breaking it into hills and descents, working the whole time. "Oh, you have to win the KOM to pay bus fare for the way home." "KOM point coming up, WIN it this time."
