    Ok run, felt stiff for the first mile or so. Kind of chilly out 47 degrees at 6:30 am, wore long sleeves.

    Finally a different run in the morning before work. Went pretty good, legs are sore from the last two days of hills, foam rolling helps with muscles.

    Slow going hills, decided not to listen to music, and I was much more aware of the small things around me, need to do that more often. It was kind of warm at 65 and slightly humid at 7:00 am.
