      That stinks. I had major hip pain a couple years ago. No fun. If you need a PT reco, let me know. I have a great one. Hope you recover quickly.

      Thank you both! Maybe I'll look into the chiropractor first, though I think this might be a case for a PT. It's been about three-four months with this thing. I've taken time off, stretched, foam rolled... it's been fine when I run slower, but anytime I go more than 4 miles or push my pace at all, the dang thing just flares up.

      Tracey, this would make a great sunrise bootcamp workout! All you need are some light weights for the front raises. Depending on fitness level, it should take around 30 minutes. My shoulders, back and legs are feeling it today!
