Ran well through about 9 miles and then fell flat. Seems to be a pretty consistent story these days. No real turnover and lots of leg pain and overall fatigue.. Ultimately I think I just need much more mental and physical rest. Feels like there's too much work to manage to run solid times these days. Hard to have everything all at the same time. Based on how I'm reacting to my current running situation, I think it's time to begin thinking about something new for a while and get hungry again.

    Still a great effort Ben, some days it's just not there. Sounds like you should hop a flight out to Boulder for a little R&R.
