good Track + Sunday Long Run Church

Woodstock track! 2x3mile. A bit of skepticism going into the workout due to how the body feels following the semi-final squash match. I managed to run the first set a bit slow but still fine, 17:30 or 5:50 pace / mile and the second, 16:58 or about 5:39 / mile. I did a long cool down as I ran into Hedda on the way up Winny hill and I wanted to keep her company. Hard workout with the legs feeling sore and heavy but overall very positive.

14+ miles Sunday.. Thinking about how to get through the finals of the club championship. I want the W!
