    Trying to stretch out the borrowed time with no real luck. Knee is still very sore and body has much fatigue. The miles have taken their toll, time to rest. What an amazing fall season however.

    good Marathon Preview 18 mi

    Shoutout to Joe B. for a solid 18 mile tempo. Looking strong my man. Closed hard in tough weather. Good conversation and a fun way to spend the morning.

  5. 5 x mile. 5:50, 5;46, 5:41, 5:38, 5:28. 400 meter jog. Free port dirt track.. Felt good, different training, food for the mind.. 8.5 miles total.
