Did the following strength training workout:
Set 1:
-1 set of squats @25lbs for 3 minutes non-stop
-Held a plank for 2 minutes
-Ran a .25 sprint @8mph on treadmill

Set 2:
3 sets of 15 deadlifts @15lbx2
3 sets of 50 bicycle crunches
3 sets of 15 lunges on each leg @15lbx2
-Ran .25 sprint @8mph

Set 3:
3 sets of 15 Leg press @190lb
3 sets of 15 Single leg press @90lb
3 sets of 20 torso turn on universal machine
