      You're entitled to a day like that, Allen. I'm pretty impressed you got out for the 13+. The heat doesn't help, even if we hydrate, and well, life can be like that. I hope you're feeling better today. <3

      hahahaha. Oh Allen. Honestly, no one should be in a speedo unless they're about to throw down in the pool. But that's just my opinion. (and by throw down I mean compete or train and do some wicked laps.) ;)
