Anthony - I use it for GPS maps and to track my gear usage, however I use Garmin Connect for integration with my myfitness pal log.

2nd run of the new year! 1st run in my @Merrell_Outside #TrailGloves. Really liking #zerodrop so far. But let's see how the calves feel later.

Good idea staying on the dreadmill until you decide if the shoes are a keeper!

Lol! I've been on elliptical trying to build up some conditioning. Just going slow and easy, getting back in to the groove.

    alright 3 mi 00:28 09:11 pace

Tried to get Ember to go with me today. And she cowered down and ran to Cam's lap. I kinda of took it personal, but I think she was on to something. It was humid out there today. I took it nic... read more

I can't wait until it cools off to take Stella running again. It's too hot for my black dog right now! Be careful running the pup in the heat. I've heard some horror stories.

    good Ember's inaugural run 2.4 mi 00:23 09:23 pace

Ember's inaugural run turned into a interval session for me! I took a few walking breaks to ease her into running, but the foremost she was ready for anything I have her. She's done a few... read more

Nice and easy today. Toughest part of running during lunch, is cooling off and getting back to the office without dripping puddles.

  9. RUN
    alright 3 mi 00:32 10:46 pace

More run/walking than expected. But I wasn't able to find the shade on the trail today, so it was hot and soupy. I should have followed Amy A. lead and gone out earlier today.

Sometimes all you can do is take walk breaks. Here's to another day!

Those trails are bittersweet, you get shade but then not much air. Nice work toughing it out.

The heat wasn't bad, but the humidity was a brutal. Legs in general felt okay, but adductors barked the entire run.

The wind had a little bite in it today! I think it is pretty amazing that we had snow two weeks ago. And today I noticed the grass on soccer fields were already greening up.
