      Hey Sean !! Good to hear from you. Yeah, I'm out there puffing a bit at the moment. Haven't run for quite a few weeks, and laid down some poundage whilst being idle. :-) 60 min easy run today - just gotta watch the junk food and keep at it....! Hope Wyoming is thawing out after the winter. We got it bad over here, but I guess it's all relative !!

    First decent run for a while - cold (3 degrees) and dark. Didn't feel great and tired towards the end.

    Went ok - timed at 9 mm - had been on pretty arduous bike ride just before so a bit heavy legged.

    Did half marathon negative split (56/53), getting to 10 miles in 1.23.53. Felt realy strong, although a really hilly tough course. Beautiful autumn day though - perfect for running
