I had an unexpected 11:30-12:15 meeting so I wasn't able to eat lunch before gym. An orange had to do, and an orange wasn't enough. I was STARVING, and a Dunkin Donuts commercial showcasing the new brownie batter donut almost made me stop my run and go there instead.


1% incline, 5 minute warmup. Couldn't decide what I wanted to do so I eventually alternated 90s @7.0 with 60s @5.6. 4.5 minute cooldown.
