Lunchtime run at the gym. Breaking Bad kept me company again. Glad I can go home after work and be lazy instead of worrying about getting my run in. I was supposed to run yesterday but my right hip adductor muscle was bugging me for a few days, so I gave it a rest. It feels much better today.
