    Ran mile repeats. A bit slow as they should have been at 1/2 MP pace. 4 x 1 mile between 8:43 and 8:15. 2 mile w/u and 2 mile c/d.

    Slower than expected but first time doing intervals in ages. 8 x 1/4 mile with 4 mile warm up and just a short jog to cool down. Right hammy started hurting plus it was windy, rainy and cold.

    Ran with Zoey for 9 'cause Shane didn't want to run. Took him for 1 mile then finished with 2 on the treadmill. Felt pretty good today.

    A tad cooler today but just a tad. Still hot and sticky when finished with the run. Nothing hurt just a busy mind which hindered the enjoyment of the run.
