    Okay...have not worked out since last Wed. cuz I've been sick! Had to start off slow, don't wanna faint (drama, i know). Also did 30 min. on the bike.

    Sore...tired but forced myself to go to the gym and get an hour of cardio in.

  3. Did weights (chest, shoulders, biceps) at the gym and then ran 5 miles on the bayfront. Also drank beer and had Taco Bell!!! Does the workout count??? Lol
