      Hard to Decide!!!-!!!-!!!-!!!-!!!-!!!-!!!-!!!-!!!-!!!-!!!-!!!-!!!-!!!-!!!:

      Stabs of pain in my right knee when I walk may mean I can downgrade to 50 KM Run or 40 KM Walk. I will check with my Doctor about the advisability of running 50 miles. My legs are very weak!

      So far so good. I should be able to continue this routine at least 4 or 5 days a week, and do the runs in the afternoon too! Then I should loose enough weight for the 50 miles. 9 more pounds to loose to reach my first goal, but maybe I should make it more difficult and make it 165 pounds and not 175 pounds, because at 175 pounds I may be still too heavy to complete the 50 miles.

      I am loosing strength especially on hills because I am getting older. My remedy for this is to loose lots of weight but in the necessary diet that I have to do my muscles may be loosing strength. I was at 185.6 lbs this morning so I may be able to loose another 25.6 lbs. I will be a lot lighter and running should be easier. This should be possible on a Vegan diet about 6 months.

      I took it easy today. I had my VAPS meeting at U.Vic. and that starts just before 19:00 HOURS so it was best that I didn't have to go home to change out of my clothes soaked with sweat.

      I am thinking about the 50 miler to be done on May 11, 2019/1203{12} ( 11 + 5 + 6 = 1X = Kali ) I don't know, but I will probably just register for the 50 miles and see how much I can finish. Anticipated time for finishing - 14 hours. I need to be about 20 lbs lighter to make it decently easier and less damaging to my right knee which is suffering from Old Age.

      50 MILES = 80.4672 KM = 2K.E0E [30] KM -------- 2 + K + E + E = 2 + 20 + 14 + 14 = 1K = 42{12} = 50...……………………………………………………………………………...

      And if you are smart you will know the significance of 50, --- which means I must do the 50 miles = 80.4672 KM and loose the weight necessary to make it relatively easier.
