    did some weights, specifically some knee rehab. did the ellip and a sprint on the treadmill. was feeling unhinged so blared seether and rocked out. workouts fix all.

    first workout shoot in ~1 mo. rough to start but once we got going it felt good. hot, sweaty mess but that just confirms that it was a kickass workout!

    Travel day 4: 800 jump ropes and the @womenshealthmag pilates workout again. Overall exhausted but this quick strength and cardio workout was just what I needed- plus I'm feeling the burn!

    Day 1 travel workout. Did 800 jump ropes, ab ripper x and tried a oilseed workout from women's health mag. Felt awesome!

    lifting heavy this week - gearing up for travel workouts. wanted to add cardio but only made 15 minutes of light jogging. body and mind are just exhausted.
