8x(run 20s, jump off for 10s rest) on the treadmill at 12% incline and 9.3mph. It was the first time I've tried the jump on/jump off thing, which worked well enough (thank goodness for the handrails!). It was tough but not killer; I could probably go a little faster next time.

In any case, I survived my first running workout after the HAT Run. :)
