    My mom gave me a guest pass to go to the Y, so I got to do some cardio! Yay! Did intervals on the recumbent bike. I had my foot all wrapped up with a gel pad and turf toe wrap, so no major problems.

    I had a hard time getting out the door, even though it's so nice and sunny out. Rough week has left me exhausted! This went pretty well, aside from an upset stomach halfway through.
