    I’m not sure how I feel about this one. The first half was great and then it all fell apart after the 6 mile mark. Overall happy I got out there but I hope my performance is better on race day.

    I did this hill run a while back and totally failed. It's a flat route that ends with two killer hills. I ended this run feeling great and was able to recover after the hills. NO STOPPING!
