alright Lunch - Bushy Park 4.02 mi 00:36 09:03 pace

Am getting back into mi running. I suppose I should go in the morning but lunch time will do :)
A 7min run to the gates of Bushy Park, and then 5mins of animal warm-ups. Luckily no one comes by the path when I'm doing those as I'm sure I look a bit weird - ah who cares, as long as I get the warm-up in!

At 10mins
4 x 1:30 of zone 4, 1:30 easy jog
Then zone 2 for the rest of the run.

Was hard today... Scoffed mi sandwich and a bit of sausage roll and back to work...
