Wasn't intending to go on a long run but P wanted to do the windmill and back. Went some small paths to avoid the dust and sun. Running across a couple of fairways was a little disconcerting! A good run :)

Animal warm-ups at the beginning and then did some hard abs afters. Sit-ups with medicine ball throws is a killer...

btw not my HR, thought I'd check P's for a few runs.
