TAPER: Paguera Challenge Cour... 20 km 00:50 14.9mph pace

Rode with @fedunski the day before the race to discover the climbs and the sharp curves of the course. Great to have a DM ride for me, for once.

  11. VELO

You'll do just fine on the course! It has a number of tight turns and some small gradient climbs. I did the first part out of Peguera Capdella and then out of Calvia (a few goats on the road) I'll try to do a full loop on Wednesday to see how the rest. But it was hot yesterday afternoon, not used to that heat!

  17. RUN
great RACE: De 15 van Wassenaar 15 km 01:00 06:27 pace

A first win at a running race! Very happy even if it was only a local race with around 300 participants.

  18. swim
    Drills: Steerenbad 25m indoor... 2000 m 00:45 36:12 pace

I only did that swim because I knew I would have a rest day tomorrow. Jeez, that big interval workout wiped me out.
Anyways 1000m easy, 250m one arm freestyle each, 5x25 meter sprints.
