    Legs felt fresh, tight right calf between km 6 and 10. Overall felt tired (due to heavy night out) but revigorated by the run. Pulse higher than it should.

      Effectivement, je me suis mis au tennis avec toute la famille. Je suis un peu fatigue du ma famille aussi...donc plus que de la course et du tennis. Je me suis tape une belle course aujourd'hui.

    Did 4 tennis session this week including 2 match in mixed double with Isa. First tournament ever. Got eleminate straight. No surprise after 4 weeks in the sport

    Did 4x800 intervals. Last one in 4:45. Felt surprisingly good after just 10 days of the HIM

      I agree and I love the sport, but I love my family even more. So, I stop competing at least from 18 months now...

    Down the finish chute at the Half-Iron in Cologne in a time of 4:40:55. Fuel tank still feels empty 4 days after the event!
