    Not too bad. Cold day. Left foot was okay but now I think the right tone is going to give me grief. It's all down hill now.

    39 degrees and rain/snow mix at 5am. Left foot didn't bother me at all. All in all not a bad run. I felt surprisingly good. Off tomorrow and a 20 miler coming up Sunday. New milestone run.

    I felt surprisingly good. GI issues cancelled my morning run so I had to reschedule for this evening. Left foot felt surprisingly okay. No discomfort from plantar facitiis.

    Ate donuts for breakfast and they made me sick. Stomach was bloated. I got a cramp that would not go away.

    Left foot aches but still no sharp pain. Icing and massage seem to keep me on the road. I plan to take a break after the marathon to make sure I heal up .
