    My Body Beast workout today was my longest one: Build Back and it's 50 mins! So i did that before work and ran on the TM after work.

    I wish this pace were a typo. Felt great all day until i drove to meet Vern and i started feeling like i had the shakes. It was weird so i took it slow. Felt awful but felt great once i ate!

      I did go back and review my runs for this year. I haven't really ran more than 5 miles more than a handful of times and really only close to 10 back in April with Cherry Blossom. I'm pretty happy with my pace. I did find a run that was 25 miles which should have been 2.5 that i was able to correct. :)
