    Speed intervals on the TM. Half mile warm-up, followed by half mile @ 8:34 (7mph) and quarter mile cool-down @ 9:50 (6.1mph) x 6. Felt great!!

    Nice day outside, so decided to go for 5 miles. Stopped once at the 3 mile mark to wipe sweat out of my eyes and just ENJOY being outside!!
