It felt a little awkward as the physio said to run with a wide gait but no pain at all :)

Hooray! No pain! I'm picturing you running a bit funny with the wise gait and am cracking myself up!

Are you coming back from an injury Tracy? Since I've only just started to follow your training I would like to be fully updated to be able to fully motivate you if needed :p.

@Thomas. I've had a month off with an ulcer on the cartilage of my right knee and bursitis. Today was only my second test run after a month off.

Relieved that you are feeling better! Sounds like an interesting approach.....the wide gate. Could start a trend! :) I will have to look up the "cabbage patch" reference.

@Patriciarae. Wide gait meant I ran with my feet landing in front of my hips rather than in front of each other which is my norm. I did feel rather like I was waiting for my horse to come back under me but it worked so if I look like a twit so be it :)
