    Longest ride since the achillies repair and I could feel it. The whole area just felt tired/fatigued. Lot of ground to gain back =)

      lol It's a personal moto. It's off an old study about instantgratification. They told the children they could take the cookie now or wait 10min then they could have two cookies.
