    good Starting over #2 8.13 mi 00:32 15.2mph pace

The first half mile was hiney torture, but I knew that was going to happen. Then it went numb and I was fine. Legs understandably more tired today but I think I had a faster cadence, and I went two... read more

Starting over short route 6.18 mi 00:27 13.7mph pace

Good. Two years ago I could do 45 miles. Today I did 6.18. I'm starting over. But at least I'm starting. It felt good, and I didn't push it because I hope to go again tomorrow. I wan... read more

    good Trainer 15 minutes 00:15:00

New trainer tire is so much better! Anyway, 15 mins done today, have to get to work. My legs feel good after pedaling at least a little bit. :)

    alright Bike Trainer 00:30

I despise riding my bike in the wind. But felt pretty good. Hotter than I expected so had to strip off my jacket and tie it to my bike for the ride home. Crowded trail, especially for the south rou... read more

Pretty good. I do have a cold, not allergies (boo!). I had a scary thing happen twice though: Major cramp in each calf (at two different times) and I've never had that happen. I guess I'd... read more

blah Horizon Pointe to Pacific and... 9.87 mi 00:58 10.2mph pace

I'm actually concerned at how lousy I felt the whole time - even on the easy stuff... But it's done. Saw a squirrel, a rabbit, tons of birds, and a Mr. and Mrs. Duck.

      Get Better:

Pain is no fun. Especially on the back end area while biking. Did you fall or something? I have lots of padding, ie fat, back there and the tailbone is never sore. :+)

Nope, just getting back into it so my butt isn't happy with me. It'll go away. I have padded undies, and a fair amount of natural padding as well... Tailbone was fine, it's those sit bones that were protesting.

Thank you, Rina! Wishing you motivation and good luck to start riding. I don't know why I stopped because I love it. Getting going again is tough. Yesterday I was going to ride to keep the momentum going, but OH my sit bones.... Going to try to go today.
