    9 perfect form pull ups today..4 seconds concentric phase, 4 seconds eccentric phase..for 9 reps (pull up bar all the way to nipples on chest) feeling stronger everyday!!

      It has been shown, through multiple trials, and examinations that only one set of any exercise is necessary, and that any more is actually merely a waste of energy. There are greats who trained this way. true greats. People such as Boyer Cole, whose arms were bigger than his head, Mike Mentzor a pioneer in this method, and the great Dorian Yates, who was 8 time Mr. Olympia. the Last, Dorian, trained for only 3 hours per week.
