    Took it easty this morning, which was my first run in my neighborhood in almost a month, due to travel. Catching up on the last three weeks of running, which has actually been fairly active for me.

    Warm, humid, and hilly race after 3 weeks in northern cali, where I got spoiled by the cool weather. This was a hard one, with the first mile a steady uphill stretch that knocked the wind out of me.
