    good 4.2 mi 00:40 09:30 pace

Yesterday's driving rains paved the way for a beautiful morning, with sunny, cool, and dry conditions. Felt great to be out in it. Dogwoods are in bloom, and everything screams spring. There w... read more

    alright Brookwood 4.25 4.25 mi 00:40 09:29 pace

Travel day today means a later start, so I was able to run in a drizzly sunrise this morning. Foot is remaining a dull discomfort, so I took advantage of the time and ran a nice 4 1/4 miles. Still ... read more

Smart to take it easy while it's still sore. Don't be afraid to drop that foot into a cold ice water bucket when you get done with a run! I've had to do that with my ankle some and it helps!(how's that for some unsolicited advice!?)

The foot must be better if you can crank out a 5K at 9:16..
