      Thanks Jenny! I appreciate that. Running has been such a struggle for me the past 1.5 years. Hoping to turn things around this year.

      Same here! It sounds like we are in the exact same boat. It feels good to be back at it though even though I'm nowhere close to where I used to be.

    Nice to get out for the second day in a row and put in some work. Shin splints are feeling better. Still there but not nearly as bad as a few weeks ago. Hopefully I'm on the up and up!

    Still struggling with the whole tightness in the legs thing. So, I just run when I can until the legs tighten up, then I walk until they are loose, they run again. Doing what I can.

    Time to retire these shoes! Couldn't get my calves, achilles, or shins loosened up, and that's not usually a problem so I just called it a day. No point in injuring myself.
