    Tired out today.. with Teresa and Jordan.. easy paced, conversational... went out for 30 minutes and turned back.. pretty even paced all round.

      And you should.. :) overall strength is so important :) I am low on miles for the next bit.. Focussing on paragliding, but the strength work must keep up!

    Quick run before travel today.. Hilly, lovely road at dawn.. Too dark for trail sections .. Paragliding rest of week/weekend.. Hope to get at least one run in tho.

    alright Focussed and comfortable solo... 18 km 01:35 08:27 pace

    Humidity at 94%- went anyhow, cut it short by 30 minutes tho.. a good run- 700ft + climb out to Hidden Grove park from home. Pretty wet on the trail sections.. happy- solo run.
