      Thanks, Tony. This is more a speed hike than a race. Too many rocks and hills. You got to fight the negative thoughts that will creep into your head. Push on.

      Wow...that is a crazy picture! Looks intense. Thanks for the tips.I just hope I've trained enough. My max mileage peaked around 41miles for a week with along run of 20 and a 7 miler the next day. I thought that was good, but now that it is almost time I have doubts. :-) Happy running to you!
