Anyone have any recommendations on using jump rope as a cross training method when I don't go out? (don't have a treadmill or other cardio equipment) I bailed on my run today, should have gone today but I didn't. I did 15 minutes total jump rope...10 min straight, then 5 minutes during my core w/o. My calfs are hurtin' for sure! ;-)
