PR day!!!

After our WOD today, I stayed to see if I could Clean more than I had used for my workout.
I ended up setting a PR at 110 lbs!! I did that for my front squat too...had always been scared to go that heavy but my crossfit buddies encouraged me and I got it!

WOD:
4 rounds
3 power cleans (85#)
6 over the bar burpees
9 pull ups

I liked this workout a lot! I was very tough and fast!
