This workout is BRUTAL!!!!
Glad I did it and even more glad I'm done! lol

1 minute each exercise for 3 rounds, with a 1 minute break between rounds. You add up your total reps for your score!

I held steady at 74, 75, 78 for a total of 227! Wall balls started ok but got really tiring, as did push press. My strength was the box jump and row!
