Filthy Fifty!!!

Saturdays at Flex Gym CrossFit are open gym and we had a great turnout yesterday!! If anyone wants to try out a class we would love to have you join us!!

We did the chipper called Filthy Fifty. This is a pretty grueling wod but I LOVE a chipper!

50 reps of each exercise!!

50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

My time wasn't spectacular by any means but getting through it even when I am exhausted was just as satisfying! My nemesis on this wod is the jumping pull ups. I am 5'9" but still jumping to an 8 foot bar and doing a pull up and back to the floor, 50 times, gets me badly!! lol Happy Sunday to everyone!!
