this Chipper was designed to be heavy, very heavy, but I had just done a heavy squat clean wod yesterday that left me significantly sore lol. I scaled my weights way down, some were easier than they needed to be and some ended up being harder than expected. I learned that even though I can power snatch pretty well at 65lbs...I suck at hang snatches at 65lbs. This was a good one!

100 double unders
20 back squats
25 toes to bar
20 dead lift
25 slam balls
20 squat clean
25 kettle bell
20 hang power snatch
25 ring dips
50 double unders unbroken (I was not able to do this unbroken...working on it big time)
