soccer field walk last night

Hi all! I had a really tough week last week with my crossfit workouts, just didn't log em in! My body was TIRED by Sunday so I took it easy a few days! I'm feeling like I'm ready to be back in action and have 2 WOD's planned for today! WOOT!

Last night I just did active rest and did a 30 minute walk around the fields. I prefer a "heartier" workout lol, but this was still good and I think what my body needed.

    You need the easier ones too... Healthy recovery. I did a walk yesterday with a co-worker for about 45 minutes... It was great! I did my first 5 days in a row since starting Crossfit... So it was great to have an easy stretch of the legs. I think I'll get another walk in today. :o)
