Super sets 01:00

We did some heavy legs supersets tonight which left me shaky!! I'm going to be SO sore tomorrow! This was a workout that Jamie Eason had posted on her FB that I decided to have my class do!! I'm so glad we did it, a fun change from our usual!!

-Leg press superset w/ air squats - 3 sets of 15 each
-Single leg split squat superset w/ 1 min jump rope - 3 sets 15 (1min)
-leg extensions superset w/ lateral hops - 3 sets 20 each
-walking barbell lunges superset w/ broad jumps - 3 sets 20 each

Feeling good!!!!!
