Prescribed weight was 55lbs. Pretty decent weight but it get's pretty heavy after about 10!! lol I didn't do this one for time so much as I was really working on form. I have a funny stall that I needed to work on eliminating so that was my goal!

Our skill for the week is handstands, you can set your own goal. My goal is to work on my shoulder strength by doing handstands on the wall and practice picking up one hand at a time. My shoulder strength suffers big time!!
