LONG wod

This one was a "pace yourself" type of wod. It was a modification of a main sight WOD that we did today, thank goodness it was modified!! lol

30 rounds

5 wall balls (14lb, 10ft)
3 burpees
1 box jump (24")

It took me averaging about a minute a round as I didn't want to go balls to the walls!
