    good 4.73 mi 00:52 10:58 pace

Just fine. Working on mixing fast walking into running again. Have to build back up again. Feels like I am a newbie again. Kinda has a nice feeling' to it!

  2. RUN
    good 4.1 mi 00:48 11:38 pace

A Ok! Starting from the ground up. Restarting over my running. Was out with pain for the past 4 months. Keeping it low key. Rebuilding is my main goal now.

    alright 3.39 mi 00:44 12:51 pace

My first day back from running “Kinda” in a very long time. A short stint around the neighborhood.

  4. RUN
    blah 13.3 mi 02:17 10:16 pace

It started out fine. Once again after 10 miles I fall apart. Have to stick with the shorter distances for awhile.

  5. RUN
    blah 6.57 mi 01:04 09:44 pace

A little slow today, but I am trying to get stronger each week. As usual my right leg is giving me the hassle. Left leg is like "What's the holdup here"?

  8. RUN
    blah 12.98 mi 02:27 11:18 pace

Run started out great then I got tired towards the end. Legs were feeling like leds. Not use to the miles just yet. Too much too early perhaps. Walked last 2 and half miles. I'm fine with that.

  9. RUN
    good 7.47 mi 01:05 08:41 pace

Another nice run today. Not quiet as uplifting as Mondays return to form run, but i'm not gonna knock a good thing. I'll take any progress at this point.

  10. RUN
    great 7.6 mi 01:02 08:07 pace

Finally got a successful run in. It's been almost a month since I had a quality workout. Feels real good. The miles never tasted so good. #iwantmoremiles

Not too much better than Monday's run but I am hopeful I will pull through soon. A little less walking today. That's good.

  18. RUN
    injured 6.88 mi 01:06 09:33 pace

Another day what feels like a tenderness in my right calf. Enough soreness I had to cut todays run in half. Bummer! Rest my tired legs.

  19. RUN
    tired 13.84 mi 02:43 11:47 pace

Very un-ready run today. Run after vacay. Bad idea. Did it anyway. A lot of catching up to do to get run for Half Marathon later this month. Walked about 4 to 5 miles today.

  20. RUN
    blah 12.18 mi 02:14 11:00 pace

I was really beat up with tonights workout. My legs felt like lead weights. Could be the build up of recent heat and general mugginess out! The excited part was trying to dash home through a severe... read more
