      I'm, trying, I really am. My main goal last night was just to loosen up my legs. They were incredibly sore from a lower body workout on Sunday. In hindsight I probably should have held off on the weights for another week. But now I've got this IT band pain, do I need to take some rest days. Thanks for looking out for me, Eileen.

      Feeling much better than I did after Dallas. I'm just trying not to push too much on the pace as I get my miles back. Keep assessing how you feel so you come back strong.

      Eileen, I'm not either. I was feeling a little off so I thought some extra stretching might help. It wasn't the panacea I had hoped for, but it did help a little.
