Quite a hellish session tonight! I think having already done a running speed session earlier today took quite a lot of out me and it was just moi and two guys in the lane tonight. I did lead the lane twice tho, which is always pretty hard because you feel under such pressure to keep the pace high. I'm sure Peter mentioned a time trial on Monday, so here's looking forward to that!!
