    Braunton to Chivenor, the up hill for 30sec, walk down for 30, 60 sec up, 60 sec walk down. Too 4x30 sec, 3x60 sec to get to top then walked down and did it again

    Nice easy spin of legs. Not overly keen on slick tyres along the Tarka trail when it's wet and leafy!!! Islabike had a puncture....AGAIN
