    Ran to core class. Not as hot but still hot. Core class was super tough but fun and then a slow jog home. Saving the b-day celebration for after our last long run Saturday!

    Ran to ride class. First ride class in a long time. Sooo good and soo fun. Run to the gym was steamy.

    Changed up the long run today! Super fun trail run followed by a slow jog. Met friends for the slow jog. We also did some strength exercises (lower body structure). Less than a month to race day!!!
