A little cold with mid 40's and a 10-15 mph wind but happy to get a sub 7 minute mile avg garmin time and PR by one second despite the course a little long. Splits 07:01 07:07 06:52 and mystery last 0.19 because I always forget to turn off the garmin at the end of my races. Now I need my sore legs to recover in a week for the cap city.
