    Was leg day this morning but needed to finish up some abs ran to the gym did abs then ran back. Legs felt like lead weights.....

    Pouring rain, very refreshing. Took my headphones out and just listened to my feet, my breathing and the rain.

      well done, you have made running in the rain seem very appealing. I'll bear this in mind for next time i want to skip a session because of the weather.

    10 minutes out, 30 second sprint 30 second walk on the way back. Very cold this morning!

      Thanks! Just took a break from posting, wasn't running consistently or training for anything so it was hard to post. I just registered for the San Francisco Marathon though so I have some incentive to track my workouts!

    Ran with a friend parked one vehicle at the top of a hill the other at the bottom so we could run up hill the whole time.....yep wont be walking well tomorrow 1200ft elevation gain in less than 3miles
