Up at 4 to run at 6. Humid as Hell before the sun is even up! I was able to do a pretty good job managing HR in zone 4, under 150, for first half, then pushed as hard as my little bird legs could carry my fatass for the second half. Very little difference in my average speed, just made me more tired!
